Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Vector Referral subscription at any time, subject to the terms below.

1. How to Cancel

  • Cancellations can be initiated through your Sikka marketplace account or by contacting our support team using the information on our Contact Us page.
  • Please provide your practice name, primary contact, and the email address associated with your account when submitting a cancellation request.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
  • Annual or multi-period subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refunds

  • Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, all fees paid are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods of use, early cancellation, or unused features.

4. Access to Data After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation or termination, your access to the Service may be disabled.
  • We may retain your practice data for a limited period as required for legal, regulatory, or backup purposes.
  • You may request an export of your non-patient practice data (where technically feasible) before your cancellation becomes effective. Additional fees may apply for data export or custom retrieval.

5. Re-Activation

  • If you decide to re-activate your account after cancellation, you may be required to go through a new onboarding process and accept then-current pricing and terms.
  • We do not guarantee that previously stored data will still be available at the time of re-activation.
